DESCRIPTION:You’re invited to MOWA’s Annual Art & Chalk Fest. \nThis FREE\, outdoor\, live arts festival shines a spotlight on the state’s art and artists with live art activities all weekend long. Experience chalk artists creating large-scale works of chalk art right before your eyes\, watch a glass blowing demo in a mobile hot shop\, get a caricature drawing of yourself\, or see clay sculpted into handmade vessels on a pottery wheel all while listening to live music. Visit the expanded Family Activity Zone to participate in a community chalk project to Chalk the Street or get creative with hands-on art projects. Stay the whole weekend to enjoy food trucks and a beer garden. FREE museum admission both Saturday and Sunday.
