In search of family fun this summer? Come to West Bend for these fun events.

Come to the Washington County Fair for fireworks, bands, truck and tractor pulls, livestock judging, animal showings, carnival rides and live performances. Find admission prices and a full schedule here.

In August, don’t miss the annual West Bend $1,000 Cache Ba$h, the only geocaching mega event in Wisconsin! Thousands come from states all across the U.S. and even overseas for this fun, free geocaching competition. Up for grabs during the event is $1,000 in cash prizes and bragging rights among geocachers far and wide. Geocaching is a great family activity and West Bend is home to over 1,500 caches in a 10-mile radius of the city! Find out more here.

Another fun annual event is West Bend Germanfest. In addition to great German food and beer (and root beer!), they’ve added an activity center for kids. Polka bands and other traditional live music will complement a Sheepshead tournament, a beer stein holding contest and a nail hammering competition. Check out the details here.
