Enjoy a winter trek in West Bend. Lac Lawrann Conservancy, a 137-acre natural area connected to 35 acres of neighborhood park, has 3km of groomed trails and additional ungroomed trails open for skiing and snowshoeing. You’ll find more trails to explore in the Northern Unit of the Kettle Moraine State Forest–glide along 25 miles of groomed cross-country ski trails at the Greenbush Recreation Area, with one loop lighted for night skiing and 11 miles of trails. You can also explore miles of snowshoeing trails, including the Parnell Trail, which leads you to a 60-foot-tall observation tower.
